Mental Health Intake

Overview

In a collaborative effort between Neuroflow and Magellan Health, I played a pivotal role in enhancing Magellan members’ well-being by spearheading the design of an intake process for new members. This process aimed to match individuals with appropriate mental health support and resources. Through the development of the intake logic, I showcased a keen understanding of what the business needed to provide relevant information, while also ensuring that user engagement on this sensitive topic maintained a respectful and considerate tone.
